Refund policy

1. General Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality honey products to our wholesale customers in the UK, USA, and Pakistan. Due to the nature of food products, all sales are generally considered final. However, exceptions may apply under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or contaminated.
  • The wrong product or quantity was delivered.
  • The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.

3. Return Request Process

  • Customers must notify us within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the order.
  • A return request must include:
    • Order details (invoice number, date)
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Requests should be sent via email or official contact channels.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Items that have been opened or partially used will not be eligible for return unless proven defective.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved and received, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

6. Replacement Option

  • Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement shipment for damaged or incorrect items (subject to availability).
